ECHA held a webinar providing details on the new CLP hazard classes
Via a webinar held on November 20, 2024, ECHA has given further insight into the future new CLP hazard classes concerning endocrine disruptors (in humans and environment) and substances with PBT/vPvB/PMT and vPvM properties. Having attended this webinar, I found some of the presented details quite useful, e.g. the timeline for application of the new classification and labeling rules. As some of the materials we use in epoxy materials are (suspected) endocrine disruptors, the new regulations, which will come into force finally end of this year, presumably, I recommend to stay aware of this matter.
