My expertise is best illustrated by the achievements I have made during my professional career:

-		Development for more than 250 epoxy products, resins and hardeners, and their successful introduction in various international markets. Dealt with solvent-free, water-borne and emission-free 2pack epoxy materials. In charge for toll-production home and abroad. Filed several patents. Strong focus on documentation of results and achievements and their retrievability, including programming a database and handling tools.
-		Technical service for clients all over the world, including participation in fairs and industrial panels.
-		Built-up of a complete lab infrastructure and keeping it up at state-of-the-art level with respect to instrumentation, methods, and staff. Introduced analytical tools for competition analysis.
-		Overlooked production of resin blends and polyamine hardeners with optimization of production planning and workflow. I have alsostrong expertise in implementation of production processes for synthetically challenging products (e.g. wb epoxy hardeners, Mannich-bases...)
-		Participation in the set-up of a working ISO 9001 system. Definition of processes and interfaces. Continuous involvement in quality and complaint management
-		Business administration on CEO-level. Establishment of an effective but lean organization structure. Assignment of budgets. Clear focus on growth and customer centricity.
-		In recent years I was additionally involved in following up the EU-regulations on epoxies and the corresponding raw materials, REACH-compliance, and in the creation of compliant MSDS.
-		since end of 2023 consultancy in different fields of epoxy materials for construction and civil engineering, their production and their compliance with regulation frameworks
